Terms of Use
1. Operator and Organisation
LogicBasis is the legally responsible organisation and the operator of the LogicBasis platform, including its organisational systems, digital services and structural cognitive architectures.
LogicBasis provides the architectural framework for all associated systems, identities, Cores and subsystems, including Room and Market.
These Terms constitute the overarching organisational framework of LogicBasis.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to:
- the use of the LogicBasis platform,
- the use of organisational content and digital services,
- the use of structural systems, Cores and digital identities,
- the use of all LogicBasis subsystems, unless additional or deviating conditions explicitly apply.
Subsystems may provide additional or specific Terms. These supplement the LogicBasis Terms and override them only where explicitly stated.
3. Purpose of LogicBasis
LogicBasis develops and operates digital structures, cognitive systems, specialised Cores and defined functional spaces for the structural organisation of information and thought processes.
LogicBasis provides tools for orientation, structuring and reflection.
LogicBasis does not provide:
- personal or professional advice,
- decisions on behalf of users,
- guarantees for specific outcomes,
- assurances regarding completeness, correctness or applicability of content.
4. No Advice and No Guarantees
All LogicBasis content, systems, models, identities and functions serve exclusively as structural support.
LogicBasis does not provide recommendations, does not make decisions for users and does not assume responsibility for actions, decisions or measures taken based on the use of LogicBasis.
Use is at the user’s own risk.
5. User Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for:
- their own decisions,
- their own interpretations,
- their own actions and consequences.
The use of LogicBasis does not replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial or other specialised fields.
6. Organisational System Layers
Room — Access Layer
Room is the central access layer of the LogicBasis organisation. It provides access to defined structures, Cores, identities and organisational functions.
Market — Distribution Layer
Market is an organisational subsystem for distribution of structural systems, identities and digital offerings. It may operate under additional terms regarding credits, usage or runtime conditions.
7. API and Interface Usage
APIs, gateways, SDKs, documentation and technical interfaces may only be used within the documented and explicitly permitted scope.
It is prohibited to:
- bypass security mechanisms or technical restrictions,
- access undocumented endpoints, functions or internal system layers,
- circumvent usage limits or operational boundaries,
- perform unauthorised automated access,
- use interfaces for unauthorised extraction or reproduction of LogicBasis technologies.
Access to interfaces grants usage rights only within permitted functionality and does not transfer rights to underlying systems.
8. Intellectual Property and System Integrity
All Cores, structural identities, system architectures, models, methods, technical structures, APIs, documentation and organisational systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of LogicBasis unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Use of services, APIs, gateways or interfaces does not grant rights to reproduce, modify, reconstruct, reverse engineer, derive or replicate underlying Cores, identities, architectures or technical systems beyond the explicitly permitted scope.
9. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to:
- use LogicBasis for unlawful purposes,
- harm systems, services or third parties,
- manipulate functions or services,
- reconstruct protected architecture or system logic,
- perform reverse engineering where legally excludable,
- conduct unauthorised scraping or data extraction,
- cause automated attacks, overloads or disruptions.
10. Digital Services and Payments
Where LogicBasis provides paid digital services, stated prices, durations and payment conditions apply.
Digital services may be delivered immediately upon activation.
Subscriptions may renew automatically if explicitly stated before purchase.
Refunds follow applicable legal requirements and product-specific conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
LogicBasis does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability,
- error-free technical systems,
- specific outcomes or expectations,
- error-free external integrations or third-party systems,
- continuous or unchanged availability of subsystems such as Market.
Where legally permissible, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
12. Relationship Between LogicBasis and Subsystems
LogicBasis provides the organisational and architectural framework for its subsystems.
Room and Market may include their own functional, technical or commercial rules but remain structurally part of the LogicBasis organisation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
